1.  Fill out, sign and mail an application with an enclosed check or money order for $23 (this pays for a background check and processing - has nothing to do with your class or tuition) to the address on top of the form.  You will need an authorized signer to check your ID before this application is submitted, however.  The authorized signer is typically your employer (but our instructors can also sign the application). You may submit this application before, during or after class, but you may not serve, sell or mix alcohol in the State of Oregon until your application has either been mailed, given to your instructor or the OLCC.  Make a copy of the application for yourself and keep it with the receipt we give you after class (this works as your permit until the real one arrives a few weeks later).

2.  Schedule and attend your class, then pass the exam. The permit is mailed to you within a few weeks.

3.  Check the calendar of classes for times and places for application signings in your area.
