The Nightclub & Bar Professional Series at Tales of the Cocktail will be held at the Hotel Monteleone on Wednesday, July 21, 2010. Developed specifically for beverage and bar management professionals, the seminars will address cocktail trends, training, technique, operations and business practices, each led by a recognized expert in the field.

Tales of the Cocktail Seminars will be held at the Hotel Monteleone and the Royal Sonesta from Thursday, July 22 through Sunday, July 25, 2010. At the heart of Tales of the Cocktail are the carefully selected seminars which will examine and explain a wide range of cocktail and spirits knowledge. These seminars have been selected with enough variety and range so that anybody who attends Tales of the Cocktail will find plenty to their liking. Each seminar will be presented by a notable expert in the field, and will usually include tastings or other hands-on activities.
